After a long career in the motorcycle industry in the central Chinese city of Chongqing, Tu Jianhua entered the ranks as a billionaire as Chairman of Loncin Holding, one of the largest companies in Chongqing, China—a diverse organization which is best known for their brand of motorcycles and ATVs, produced by its subsidiary, Longxin Motorcycle. Loncin Group also operates real estate enterprises and was listed under the Department of Real Estate’s “Top 100 Chinese real estate enterprises” in 2008. Their projects often include gardens, high-level, villas, hotels as well as other property types.
