Sulley Gariba (born 4 May 1958) is a policy analyst and evaluation specialist who served as an advisor to the former president of Ghana John Dramani Mahama. He monitors and evaluates poverty reduction in the Canadian International Development.
Early life and education
Gariba was born in Accra. He was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana in 1981 and a PhD. in Political Science and International Development from the Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario.
