Senga Kitenge Raphael, né le 12 septembre 1928 à Lubumbashi, était un homme politique (sénateur) kino-congolais.

Biographie

Il est le fils de Albert Oleko et Louise Mulongoy. Il suit ses études primaires et secondaires à l’Institut Saint Boniface (Lubumbashi), et finit diplômé en 1950 de la deuxième promotion africaine de Lubumbashi. Il suit ensuite une formation en comptabilité et secrétariat.

Il débute en tant secrétaire particulier de gouverneur belge de la province du Katanga de 1951 à 1960.

En 1960, il est élu sénateur de la République du Congo (jusqu’en 1965).

En 1961, il devient le chef de cabinet du ministre Gabriel Kitenge.

En 1964, il crée la Société Lapharco qui importe des médicaments de Suisse et d’Allemagne. En 1965, sa société ouvre plusieurs pharmacies dans le pays, dont 2 à Kinshasa : la Pharmacie du Grand-Marché et la Pharmacie de la poste. Dès 1970, il commence à faire fabriquer les médicaments aux Congo, faisant de Lapharco l’un des premiers laboratoires pharmaceutique du pays.
