Olivier Tshimanga est un guitariste et chanteur congolais (RDC).

Olivier Tshimanga grandit à Kinshasa et fonde son premier groupe à l’âge de 9 ans sous l’influence de grands maîtres de la musique congolaise, Franco dr nico, papa noel nedule, damoizo,dizzy manjeku et Pepe Felix Manuaku.

Le directeur du chœur de Kinshasa le remarque alors qu’il s’exerce sous un manguier, et lui propose de rejoindre la chorale. Il fait alors ses premières armes sur scène en faisant résonner sa voix et sa guitare dans les églises de Kinshasa.

À l’adolescence, il intègre l’Institut National des Arts de Kinshasa, afin d’apprendre le langage universel de la musique et de perfectionner son jeu de guitare. Sa mère, Fololo Rose, ne s’en réjouit pas, considérant la musique comme un métier de délinquant.

À 18 ans, alors qu’il joue « Europa » de Carlos Santana en concert, le grand poète congolais Lutumba Simaro monte sur scène et l’invite à rejoindre le groupe mythique de feu Franco, le TPOK Jazz actuel bana ok

À Paris, Olivier Tshimangajoue avec tous les grands noms de la musique africaine et internationaux, Papa Wemba, Manu Dibango,la tournée de BOYZ TO MEN dans plusieurs zenith de france Passi, Ray Lema, Singuila, Meiway, Zao,pierre akendengue du gabon, amel bent et kayna samet, Youssou N’Dour feat koffi olomide, morry kanté tv canal+ ,tiken jah fakolly tv canal+,yanick noah reprise la saga africa,marc antoine la stars de r’nb, le rapeur soprano, la mama patience dabany dans le tube jazzé,la stars ivoirienne monik seka a l’olympia, aisha koné,mamadu soudia de la Guinée Conakry.
