Karima Gouit (Arabic: كريمة غيث) is a Moroccan singer, model and actress. Born in 1992 in Marrakesh, Morocco on the 1st of March , she started her career as a model, but she rose to popularity as a contestant in the 8th season of Star Academy Arab World and a contestant of O Ses Türkiye, she never won in both shows but for her experience was much important for her to reach her dreams.

Karima competed in the 8th season of Star Academy Arab World but not for a long time, since she left on the 6th prime of the show. She’ve got already chosen as a nominee on the first prime and has been saved by the public’s vote to leave the show losing the votes of both the public and her mates in the 6th prime.

Karima later participated in O Ses Türkiye she raise the judges’s attention from the first audition when she sang “Qadoka lmayas”, and the judges turned their chairs to get her in their teams, Karima later chose to be in Hadise’s team. Although she has won many rounds in the show she didn’t made it to the final.
Starting her career
As we know that Karima has participated in reality music TV shows but she also had acted in many TV-series and films such as CBC’s American documentaries playing the role of Mary, Cleopatra and others … Also was the hereon of the Moroccan series “Zinat al-Hayat”.Moreover, in 2013 Karima won first place as the Moroccan ambassador of beauty and elegance. Also Karima’s first song was “Ya Hlilah” (Arabic: يا حليله) in 2015 and made another song called “Hada Howa El maghrebi” (Arabic: هذا هو المغربي) ft RedOne Berhil, Badr Soultan and Rikia Magha and her next song on 2016 was a video clip called “Mettalaa Hajbo” (Arabic: مطلع حاجبو).
