Júlio Duarte Langa (born 27 October 1927) is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He is the Bishop Emeritus of Xai-Xai, Mozambique, where he served as Bishop from 24 October 1976 until his retirement on 12 July 2004.

Education

He attended the local school before entering the Seminary of Magude; then, studied in the Seminary of Namaacha, in the then archdiocese of Lourenço Marques (now Maputo).
