Jean-Baptiste Maria Cissé (28. elokuuta 1932 – 3. marraskuuta 1996) oli malilainen roomalaiskatolinen piispa. Hän syntyi Ségoussa, sai pappisvihkimyksensä 4. huhtikuuta 1959 ja tuli nimitetyksi Sikasson hiippakunnan piispaksi 8. heinäkuuta 1976. Piispaksi vihkiminen seurasi 8. tammikuuta 1977.
