Isaac Osei is the former M.P. of Subin Constituency in the Ashanti Region. He is also the former Chief executive officer of the Ghana Cocoa Board and one time Ghana High Commissioner to the UK.
Education
Osei attended Achimota School and the University of Ghana.
Career
Osei lost the local party primaries in 2015 to Eugene Boakye. Prior to the primary election, he was reported to have had internal squabbles with the delegates in the constituency that resulted to then emergence of three factions all vying to elect their preferred candidate.

He is a Christian (Catholic). He is married with four children.
