Gilles Dossou-Gouin (født 29. august 1957 i Porto-Novo i Benin, død 30. september 2016 i Molde) var en beninsk fribyforfatter bosatt i Molde.

Dossou-Gouin studerte kriminologi og var utdannet kriminaletterforsker. Han jobbet mellom 1992 og 1994 med rehabilitering og veiledning av kriminell ungdom i Benin. Etter at han som lyriker utga en roman, ble han intervjuet av riksmediene, hvor han uttalte seg kritisk om styresmaktene. Uttalelsene førte til arrestasjon og tortur, hvorpå Dossou-Gouin flyktet til Senegal i 1997. Han jobbet blant annet som journalist og skuespiller i hovedstaden Dakar, mens han ga forelesninger om menneskerettigheter på universitetet.

I 2005 kom han til Molde gjennom Bjørnsonfestivalens fribyforfatter-ordning. I 2008 ble han tatt opp som medlem av Norsk Forfattersentrum, og i 2012 ble han medlem av både Den norske Forfatterforening og Norsk faglitterær forfatter- og oversetterforening.
