Elmira Chackal (née en 1927 à Port-Saïd) est une romancière et poète d’expression française.

Biographie

Elmira Chackal s’est installée à Beyrouth en 1965. Enseignante, elle a présenté une thèse de doctorat sur Pierre Emmanuel. Elle donna naissance à deux filles puis elle s’installa en Allemagne et enfin en France. Aujourd’hui, âgée de 84 ans, elle vit à Paris et a 7 petits-enfants.
