Edmond Lukusa is an Irish politician and a member of Fingal County Council.
He was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he became involved in politics as a member of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress.
He moved to Ireland in 2001. At the 2014 local elections, he was elected for the Sinn Féin party to Fingal County Council in the Mulhuddart local electoral area.
He holds a degree in pedagogy from University of Kinshasa, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing in Information Technology.
