Delphin Bugigi Kyubwa is a politician from the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is the chairman of Party for National Reform (PNR).
Education
In the years 1995-2000, Kyubwa attended the California State University in Sacramento and received a BA in Computer Engineering.
Right after his bachelor’s degree, he attended Golden Gate University in San Francisco, from 2001 to 2003, and earned a Masters degree in Information Technology Project Management. He also has an industry certification in project management as Project Management Professional (PMP).
Career
He is a Technology Oversight Manager at the California Department of Technology. He is also a part-time Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Sierra College of Rocklin, California, and Cosumnes River College Of Sacramento, California.
Social services
Kyubwa is actively involved in various social and community movements for change in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In DRC, he is a president of Party for National Reform (PNR) – a party that advocates a fundamental reform of the current dysfunctional political system in the DRC.
In 2011 national election, the PNR won one seat of Member of Parliament in the Congolese national assembly.
He is also the president of the Congolese Community in Northern California, where he lives.
