Charlotte Jones Anderson was born in Little Rock, Arkansas in July 1966. Her father is the owner, president, and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones. She is also the sister of Cowboys executives Stephen Jones and Jerry Jones, Jr. Charlotte Jones Anderson is the Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of the Dallas Cowboys. In 2010 she became the first woman to be the Chairman of the Salvation Army’s National Advisory Board. She became Chairman of the NFL Foundation in 2012. She became the first woman to represent club ownership in a major professional sports league and the first woman to be chairman of an NFL charitable institution. Anderson formerly served as Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Tommy F. Robinson of Arkansas from 1989 to 1990. The USA Today named her the 89th most important person in the NFL in 2016.
