Bernard Biando Sango est un homme politique de la République démocratique du Congo. Il est ministre de la Solidarité et de l’Action humanitaire dans le Gouvernement Tshibala depuis le 9 mai 2017.

Il fut également ministre du Commerce, des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises entre 2010 et 2011 dans le gouvernement Muzito II. Actuellement député national de la province de Mobay Mbongo, il est également le Secrétaire général du parti politique UDEMO.
